The Military Armament Corporation stands firmly behind the quality of its firearms. While normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty, any issues arising from defective parts, materials, or workmanship are considered unacceptable. The corporation warrants its firearms to be free from defects in performance and workmanship for a period of one year from the original retail purchase date. Should a problem arise directly attributable to the quality of the product, the corporation pledges to rectify the issue, including covering shipping and handling costs.

However, it’s important to note that the Military Armament Corporation 1-Year Warranty does not extend to issues resulting from abuse, improper maintenance, the use of incompatible aftermarket parts, or alterations to internal components. Similarly, damage caused by the use of improper or incompatible ammunition, such as reloaded or non-SAAMI spec ammunition, will void the warranty. Sales outside of the United States, unauthorized repair, and modifications to the firearm, including alterations to serial numbers, are also not covered under warranty terms.

In addition to the standard 1-year warranty, the Military Armament Corporation offers a Lifetime Service Plan. This plan ensures that any defects in material or workmanship will be repaired for the lifetime of the firearm, starting after the expiration of the initial 1-year warranty. However, it’s essential to understand that the Lifetime Service Plan does not cover wear items such as cosmetics, grips, magazines, recoil springs, or sights. This plan is provided as an extra service and is not an extension of the warranty.

It’s crucial to note that Military Armament Corporation Pistols are warranted to function with factory-produced, SAAMI-spec ammunition, and the original factory magazine. The use of handloads will void both the warranty and the Lifetime Service Plan.
