General Returns

Don’t need what you ordered? Going a different direction with your build? We got you.

We are happy to accept returns of new & unused products in their original packaging within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

Shipping Items Back to AT3

  • We are happy to provide a label for your return shipment. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are welcome to utilize your own shipping service provider.

Changed Your Mind After Opening the Box Within 30 Days?

If your item is like new and unused, never been installed, and you have all the packaging, instructions, warranty cards, etc. in like new condition, we can still accept it as a return.

Items that show signs of use, broken security seals, altered or damaged packaging, or missing materials will be treated as a non-new return and will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Firearm (FFL Items) Returns

All Firearm Sales are Final

  • Once a firearm is transferred to you, we can no longer accept returns. Thoroughly inspect your firearm before the transfer is completed by your FFL.
  • If a firearm is returned due to a failed background check or similar issue, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns are only accepted with prior authorization.
  • If a firearm is defective, we will help you work directly with the manufacturer for warranty claims.

Open Box, Clearance, & Blemish

All sales are final on items marked as Clearance, Open Box, or Blemish. If the item you received is defective, give us a call or email and we will make it right.

Shipping Damage

Any items visibly damaged need to be reported to AT3 Tactical within 3 business days of receiving your order.

If the item is defective due to shipping damage, we will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of shipping.

Please keep all damaged packaging and products, as UPS/USPS/FedEx may need to inspect the package. Emailing us pictures helps improve our packaging process.

Defective Items

Within 30 Days: We will replace or refund you at no cost for manufacturer defects. Contact us at support@at3tactical.com.

After 30 Days:

  • For AT3 Tactical, STNGR, and 2A Basics branded products, we’ll support warranty issues throughout the warranty period. (AT3 Tactical Warranty Information)
  • For other brands, we’ll assist with contacting the manufacturer and starting the warranty process.

Still Waiting on a Refund?

Refunds are processed back to your method of payment within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Your financial institution may take up to 7 business days to process the refund.

Notes for All Shipments & Returns

  • Shipping & delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • Keep all product packaging, tags, instructions, and materials until you’re satisfied with your purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been physically altered or modified in any way.
  • Please inspect items immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
  • Warranty returns undergo internal testing. Fully functional items will be returned to you.
  • All items are sold and shipped in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Some items may be restricted or prohibited in your area—check your local regulations before ordering.
